This notice is provided under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform people who visit tucasoftware.com, fill in its forms or contact us about how their personal data is processed. This is a translation; if the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Tuca Software (“Tuca Software” or “we”) as the data controller.

2. Personal data we process
- Identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone number, company name.
- Request details: project type, what you tell us about your project, and the day and time you choose for a meeting.
- Security data: server logs such as IP address, browser details, the page visited and the time of access.
Optional form fields are entirely up to you. Please do not include sensitive personal data, such as health information, in your messages.
3. Why we process it
- To reply to your contact and meeting requests,
- To understand your project, prepare a proposal and provide our services,
- To schedule meetings and manage appointments,
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse,
- To meet our legal obligations and respond to requests from authorities.
4. Legal grounds
We process your personal data on the following grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- It is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c),
- It is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation (ç),
- It is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).
5. How we collect it
We collect personal data electronically, by automatic or partly automatic means: through the contact form, email field and meeting form on our website, by email and phone, and through server logs when you visit the site.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal data only as far as needed for the purposes above, with:
- Google (Gmail), which provides our email service,
- The provider that hosts our website’s server,
- Public authorities legally entitled to request it.
We do not sell your personal data or pass it to third parties for advertising.
Because form messages are delivered through Google’s email service, and the website’s fonts (Google Fonts) and the map on the contact page (Google Maps) are provided by Google, your personal data may be transferred to servers outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by applicable law. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information about it if it is,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad it is transferred to,
- Ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Ask for corrections, deletions or destruction to be passed on to third parties it was transferred to,
- Object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis of your data,
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
Send your request, with enough information for us to verify your identity, to tucasoft@gmail.com or in writing to the address above. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
